Shoti treats digital and physical fulfillment as separate operational flows. That matters for pricing, status tracking, and country-based availability.
Digital-only orders
Digital orders focus on fast completion. After upload, payment, editing, and the approval window, the final asset is delivered through a secure digital channel.
This flow does not inherit shipping assumptions, address collection, or print-provider steps.
- Fastest completion path
- No shipping address required
- Built for online submission or local printing
Physical orders
Physical orders add fulfillment steps before the order can be finalized. Address capture, country support checks, quoting, print submission, and shipment tracking all remain explicit.
Because physical availability depends on country support, the UI and backend should only expose this mode where it is actually supported.
- Address and quote before fulfillment
- Print-provider handoff after approval
- Shipment tracking after production
Choosing the right mode
Choose digital-only when you need speed, online submission, or local printing flexibility.
Choose physical delivery when you want professionally produced prints shipped to the destination country and your region supports that mode.
